Open Thunderbird. Cancel any wizards that come up.

At the main screen for Thunderbird, select Tools from the top menu bar, then select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.

Click on the Add Account button.

Select the Email Account radio button, then click the Next button.

Enter your full name and email address as prompted. Hit Next.

Select the POP radio button and enter "mail.shortcutsolutions.net" in both Incoming Server and Outgoing Server text fields. Click next.

Enter your full email address in the Incoming User Name text field, then click
the Next button.

This field can be left as default with your email address, or you can assign a name for this account. When finished click the Next button.

Verify the information is correct. If changes are needed, click on the Back button and make desired changes. When finished, click the Finsih button.

From the menu on the left, Select "Outgoing Server."

Click the check box for "Use name and password" and enter your full email
address in the "User Name" text field.

Click the OK button.

You should now see the main Thunderbird window.

Click the Get Mail button to download your email.
